These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DineSift platform operated by 1524469 B.C. LTD ("DineSift," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using DineSift, you agree to these Terms.
DineSift is a restaurant review intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available reviews from Google and OpenTable, provides sentiment analysis, detects staff mentions, and delivers automated alerts and insights to help restaurant operators improve their businesses.
To use DineSift, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

DineSift offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis through Square, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
DineSift aggregates publicly available restaurant reviews from third-party platforms. We do not create, edit, or modify review content. The reviews displayed in DineSift reflect what is publicly visible on Google and OpenTable.
Analysis features, including sentiment scores, staff detection, and smart insights, are generated algorithmically and should be treated as informational guidance rather than definitive assessments.
The DineSift platform, including its code, design, branding, and proprietary algorithms, is the intellectual property of 1524469 B.C. LTD. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform (restaurant names, staff rosters, etc.).
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We strive to keep DineSift available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DineSift and 1524469 B.C. LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DineSift and 1524469 B.C. LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of DineSift after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
